Return & Refund

We want you to be happy with your order from Paiblo Poster Shop. Should you wish to return your order, you can do so within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Return period
You can return undamaged and unused items within 30 days of receipt. The goods should be in the condition in which you received them.

How to make a return
Please contact us before returning the item at paiblo.shop@gmail.com and provide us with your order number and the reason for the return.

After your request, you will receive the necessary information for the return shipment. Please do not send the goods back without prior contact.

Cost of return shipment
In the case of a normal return or cancellation, the buyer bears the direct costs of the return shipment.

For damaged, faulty or incorrectly delivered items, please contact us at paiblo.shop@gmail.com. In these cases, we will check the order and arrange a suitable solution.

Damaged or faulty items
Please check your order upon receipt. If an item is damaged, faulty or incorrectly delivered, please contact us as soon as possible and send us your order number and photos of the problem.

Refund
After we receive and inspect your return, we will inform you about the refund. If the return is justified, the refund will be made via the original payment method used.

We will initiate the refund after inspecting the return. Depending on the payment provider, it may then take a few days for the credit to appear in your account.

Exchange
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size, for example, you can return the corresponding item and then place a new order.

Exceptions to the right of return
Different conditions may apply to custom-made or clearly personalized products. This particularly applies to products that are individually designed according to the customer's personal specifications.

Your statutory rights, especially in the case of defective goods, remain unaffected by this.
